Am I An Employee of CareKeepr?

No, as a Caregiver you are not an employee or an independent contractor of CareKeepr. Caregivers on this site are job candidates actively seeking full-time, part-time and as-needed employment that fits their needs and schedules.

How Much Does it Cost?

CareKeepr is Free to use. We don’t charge you any fees and we don’t take a cut of your earnings.

How Do I Update my Availability or Contact Information?

You may update your open availability or contact information from your profile on the site. Just login and go to “My Profile” in the menu to update your information. And please be sure to update your profile as soon as your availability or contact information changes so that you don’t miss out on that perfect job opportunity or receive alerts to jobs that don’t fit your needs.

How Do I Stop and Re-Start Text Messages and Email Alerts?

You may stop email job notification alerts by logging into your account and clicking the Notifications link under “My Jobs.” To stop text message job alerts, text STOP in the job alert message sent from CareKeepr or text START to receive job alerts again. *When Re-Starting text messages, please be sure to update your Profile with any Availability changes or any other new information so you’re matched to the right jobs. Just login and go to “My Profile” to update.

I Forgot The Password To My Account, What Do I Do?

Please go to the Login page on the website and click the “Forgot Password” link.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

We'd hate to see you go but we understand. Please login and in your account’s Dashboard click “Delete Account” under your profile picture or Avatar. And if you could, please contact us at to give feedback on your experience or any issues.
