How Does It Work?

Reduce the time and cost of recruiting. Post a job and matched caregivers are instantly alerted via text and email so they can directly apply to your job. All applicants are sorted and stored in your own private, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) where you can manage and grow your caregiver pipeline, review candidates profiles and resumes, take private notes and favorite the ones you like. Search and filter through your growing caregiver list to quickly and easily find caregivers for additional jobs.

Are Caregiver Candidates Certified?

CareKeepr is designed to help you with your Certified and Non-Certified employment needs. We have Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) seeking employment on the site.

Are The Caregivers Employees Of CareKeepr?

No, we are not a staffing or Temp agency and caregivers on this site are not employees nor independent contractors of CareKeepr. Caregivers on this site are job candidates who are actively seeking employment.

Are Caregivers Background Checked?

No, we do not background check caregivers on this site. Background checks are the responsibility of you, the employer.

Are There Any Charges?

CareKeepr is an all-inclusive Recruitment and Applicant Tracking System. We charge a monthly, recurring subscription for services which include: * 3 Job Postings per month * Public job posting for greater outreach * Use of your own private, Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates * And ability to store an unlimited amount of candidates to grow your candidate pool. I Forgot The Password To My Account, What Do I Do?

Please go to the Login page on the website and click the “Forgot Password” link.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

We hate to see you go but understand. There are two actions you can take, cancel your subscription or close your account. Cancelling your subscription allows you to utilize your account through the end of your paid through month, then your subscription and account will cancel. You can cancel your subscription by logging in and clicking Cancel under “My Subscriptions.” Closing your account is effective immediately and your subscription and access to your account will end immediately. You can close your account by logging in and clicking Close Account under “Account Details.” And if you could, please leave us a note at hello@carekeepr.com to give feedback on your experience to help us improve.

I received an email: “Payment Unsuccessful.” What should I do?

You can update your credit card information by signing in to your account. When your subscription is due for renewal and if the credit card on file is unsuccessfully charged due to insufficient funds, outdated information, a cancelled card or received a new card and need to update the number, expiration and/or the CVV number, we send you a notification to update your credit card information. We do allow a 7 day grace period to update the information required. After 7 days, your account will expire and will automatically cancel. *Please know if your account cancels, any coupons or discounts used will become invalid and can no longer be used in the future.

How Does It Work?

Matched jobs come to you! Get instantly alerted to jobs that match your needs, area and availability. Gain access to our Jobs Board to view and apply to all open positions. You also receive your own Dashboard on the site so you can keep track of all jobs you applied to, manage your profile and more.

How Do I Sign Up?

Create a quick, free profile online then that’s it. Sit back, relax and let the jobs come to you! You’ll get instantly alerted to jobs that match your needs and availability so you can easily apply if interested. You may also browse our Jobs board to see all open job positions and apply.

Am I An Employee of CareKeepr?

No, as a Caregiver you are not an employee or an independent contractor of CareKeepr. Caregivers on this site are job candidates actively seeking full-time, part-time and as-needed employment that fits their needs and schedules. Therefore, pay rates are at the discretion of the individual employer hiring you for the job.

How Much Does it Cost?

CareKeepr is Free to use. We don’t charge you any fees and we don’t take a cut of your earnings.

How Do I Update my Availability or Contact Information?

You may update your open availability or contact information from your profile on the site. Just login and go to “My Profile” in the menu to update your information. And please be sure to update your profile as soon as your availability or contact information changes so that you don’t miss out on that perfect job opportunity or receive alerts to jobs that don’t fit your needs.

How Do I Stop and Re-Start Text Messages and Email Alerts?

You may stop email job notification alerts by logging into your account and clicking the Notifications link under “My Jobs.” To stop text message job alerts, text STOP in the job alert message sent from CareKeepr or text START to receive job alerts again. *When Re-Starting text messages, please be sure to update your Profile with any Availability changes or any other new information so you’re alerted and matched to the right jobs. Just login and go to “My Profile” to update.

How Do I Cancel My Account?
