Job Description

Client is a 96 year old female that is a fall risk and has history of Strokes and faints. She will need assistacne with bathing , grooming , light house keeping and light cooking. She likes to take a bath in the shower on Mon, Wed and Fri; a sponge bath on the other days . Client is a fall risk, please stand near her at all times during ambulation. She likes to play with puzzles and take walks if the weather permits At times client may need redirection. 

Qualifications

-Certified Nursing Assistant certification (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant Certification (PCA) or experienced in homecare 

-Current CPR/ First Aid

-Valid TB test

- Must have a Clean Background.
